These terms cover your use of Quiltday at quiltday.pages.dev and any Quiltday Pro purchase. By using Quiltday you agree to them.

What Quiltday is

Quiltday is a self-tracking tool for habits. It shows what you log. It is not medical, financial or professional advice.

Your data

Your habits are stored in your browser on your device, as described on the privacy page. You are responsible for keeping a backup. We cannot recover data that is deleted from your device.

Quiltday Pro

• Pro costs $3.99 per year, billed by Stripe each year until you cancel, or $9.99 once with no renewal. Prices are in US dollars and can change; a change never affects a period you already paid for.
• You can cancel the yearly plan at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
• Refunds: if Pro did not work for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
• Pro is tied to the browser where you bought it. If you switch devices, contact us with your receipt and we will help you move it.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to harm anyone.

No warranty and limits

Quiltday is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
